Richard Aguire

Representing people who have sustained serious injuries, Richard Aguire is a personal injury attorney at the firm Pendergast Law in Renton, Washington. He promptly devotes a substantial amount of time every day to personally attend to his clients and litigates cases involving premises liability, dog bite injuries, truck accidents, wrongful death, burn injuries and product liability. 

With a major in political science and legal studies, Mr. Aguire graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and received his bachelor’s degree in 2007. He chose Seattle University School of Law to pursue his legal studies and earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2013. During his university days, he served as an intern in a Seattle-based firm known for its personal injury services. 

After receiving his bar license to practice law in the state of Washington in 2015, Mr. Aguire continued to work at the Seattle-based firm as an attorney for almost a year. 

Be it sustaining a burn injury or getting hit by a truck, Mr. Aguire understands that the pain suffered by someone is always going to leave a deep impact, both physically and mentally, on them. Over the years, he has observed that sometimes people are hesitant to pursue the party who caused them the pain intentionally or unintentionally. Hence, he makes it his foremost priority to create a safe and comfortable environment for his clients before getting started on the case.
