Nathan Reese

Nathan Reese is an shareholder at ARCH Legal, P.C. in San Diego, California. With over eight years of experience in the legal field, he takes on employment law, and wage and hour litigation matters. Serving clients throughout California, Mr. Reese represents clients with matters such as whistleblowing, harassment and discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and illegal work conditions.

Mr. Reese has a bachelor’s degree with a major in history from Cornell University. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law, graduating with dean’s list honors. While in law school, he was the recipient of three academic achievement awards for obtaining the highest grade in a class and was recognized by the Pro Bono National Honor Society. He served as a legal intern for the in-house counsel at AMN Healthcare and was a volunteer at the Legal Aid Society of San Diego and the Employee Rights Center.

Enthusiastic about being involved in the California community, Mr. Reese is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, The State Bar of California, the Lawyers Club of San Diego and the Tom Homann LGBT Law Association.

Prior to joining ARCH Legal, P.C. Mr. Reese worked at prominent employment law firms and has experience representing both employers and employees. This experience allows him to understand how both sides work in a wage and hour or employment law matter. He also worked at an insurance defense law firm.
