Michael Jordan

Michael J. Jordan is dedicated to representing individuals who have been seriously injured, helping them navigate the legal process during some of life’s most challenging moments. A South Carolina native, Michael grew up in Columbia and attended the University of South Carolina for his undergraduate studies. He went on to earn his law degree from Florida Coastal School of Law before beginning his legal career with Steinberg Law Firm. There, he works alongside a team known for advocating on behalf of injured individuals throughout the state.

Michael has received recognition for his work in the legal field, including being listed in Best Lawyers in America and named among the Top 100 Trial Lawyers. His cases and courtroom experience have also been highlighted in South Carolina Lawyers Weekly.

In addition to his legal practice, Michael has been actively involved in professional leadership. He has served as President of both the Berkeley County Bar Association and the South Carolina Injured Workers’ Advocates. He is also a member of several professional organizations, including the South Carolina Bar, Charleston County Bar Association, Berkeley County Bar Association, and the South Carolina Association for Justice.

Michael also contributes his time to community organizations across the Charleston area,
supporting groups such as Lowcountry AIDS Services, Trident Literacy Association, and Kids’
Chance of South Carolina. Through both his legal work and community involvement, he remains
focused on making a meaningful impact throughout South Carolina.
