This is it. I was in need of a great DUI defense law firm. I reached out to the this firm and they made everything easy for me. I didn't live close by to the court house. And they were able to do the entire transaction over the phone. We talked about the case and talked numbers. They made this process so easy and smooth for me. I never once had to go to the office. Eventually, my court date came and i didnt have to go to any of my hearing. I went to the last hearing just to see what was going on and wow did Mr. Armando take care of business. Me alegra escribir esta reseña sobre un bufete de abogados que hizo un excelente trabajo defendiéndome. El 19 de junio de 2025 me metí en serios problemas. Estuve involucrado en mi primer DUI y estaba muy asustado. Tenía mucho miedo porque había herido a alguien. Me arrestaron y me llevaron a la cárcel. Pensé que me liberarían una vez que me arrestaran, pero como era un delito grave, me dieron una fianza de 100 mil dólares. Mi familia hizo una apuesta muy grande: ¿contratar un abogado para defender a mi hijo o gastar el dinero en la fianza y usar un defensor público? Bueno, mi familia tomó la decisión correcta. Tuve mi primer juicio un par de días después. Y el Bufete Céspedes hizo lo suyo. Argumentaron la fianza y me liberaron sin tener que pagarla. A partir de ahí, el caso seguía pendiente y teníamos más audiencias judiciales. Sí, estaba libre, pero aún teníamos que luchar. Y al final, solo tuve que tomar algunas clases y me liberaron de este delito grave de DUI. Estoy muy agradecido por el resultado. Espero no tener que recurrir nunca a los servicios de un abogado en el futuro, pero estoy muy agradecido por todo lo que este bufete hizo por mí. Son realmente increíbles en lo que hacen.
Great Lawyer Thank you to you and your team. I was at the lowest point in my life when all of this happened. I am not a bad guy and i have never been in trouble before. I wasnt trying to make excuses for my actions. I simply was just tyring to avoid going to jail. I have a family and my concern was more for them than me. The law firm really stepped it up. I as being offered 2 years in prison. Which I thought was ridiculous but after much tough negotiation Mr. Armando Cespedes got it done. I was able to avoid doing any time and I was able to simply move on with my life.

Best Law Firm! What a Law Firm. Honestly, I was at the lowest point in my life. I felt like all hope was lost. Not just with this criminal case but just overall. I was so sad. And then, I made the mistake of drinking and driving. I was involved in a very serious crash and I was told that Jail time was unavoidable. This attorney never over promised me anything but he just seemed very truthful about doing everything within his power to get me the best results. And I let him do his thing. Cuando todo esto empezo, estaba bien asustado. Soy papa de tres hijos y el unico que mantiene la casa, asi que ir a la carcel no era opcion. Un error y perdia todo. Andaba bien estresado, con miedo y sin saber que hacer hasta que llegue con The Cespedes Law Firm. Se puso las pilas cuando mas lo necesitaba. Estaba enfrentando cargos de DUI con lesiones y la posibilidad real de ir a la carcel. Desde el principio tomaron mi caso en serio y entendieron lo que estaba en juego para mi y mi familia. No me pintaron las cosas bonitas, pero se mantuvieron firmes todo el proceso. El despacho y su equipo se rifaron, me sacaron de la carcel y me ayudaron a recuperar mi licencia para poder seguir chambeando. Este equipo siempre estuvo al tiro. I was highly recommended to this attorney. I was told that he offered very competitive rates but most importantly I was told that he delivers hard working honest results. I've had a bad experience in the past dealing with attorneys. I wasn't sure if he was going to be like the rest of them or if he was actually going to help me fight this case.
