TÉRMINO, CARGAS Y HONORARIO DE NO-REEMBOLSABLE: Su Listado No-Exclusivo aparecerá en Nuestro Web site por un año. El honorario para Su Listado es no-reembolsable. Su Listado Exclusivo, si usted lo ha elegido y pagado, abrogará para el período de años que usted ha pagado. Su facilidad de crédito será cargada automáticamente para las renovaciones de Listados No-exclusivo en una base anual. Si su facilidad de crédito no acepta las cargas subsecuentes, su Listado será suprimido. Para los Listados Exclusivos, se le notificará conforme a nuestras Reglas y Regulaciones de ISAVER sobre cualquier oportunidad de readquirir un Listado Exclusivo.

SU LISTADO: Usted puede ver y actualizar Su Listado. Su Listado puede aparecer por una o más de las maneras siguientes en nuestro directorio, en nuestra discreción única: por su localización(es) geográfico o por su área de la práctica. El método de colocación de Su Listado y de enlaces adjuntos se puede modificar de vez en cuando. Puede haber solamente un abogado por listado, aunque Usted puede proporcionar el nombre de cualquier firma de el cual usted es un miembro en la buena situación.

BUENA SITUACIÓN: Usted garantiza y representa que usted está licenciado y calificado debidamente para practicar ley en el estado/jurisdicción en el cual está listado (Usted será listado por el estado que usted dio para su dirección), si tal es requerido por la nación en la cual Usted practica. Por otra parte, usted garantiza que Usted está en la buena situación con la barra apropiada del nacional o del estado y Usted asume la responsabilidad de la conformidad con todas las reglas requeridas en el jurisdicción(es) apropiado. CONFORMIDAD DE PUBLICIDAD: Usted garantiza que Usted está autorizado o dado el derecho a anunciar el servicio jurídico o el servicio bajo del nombre o los nombres que son representados en su listado. Usted es solamente responsable de conformidad con las leyes, las reglas, las regulaciones, el canon, o las políticas que gobiernan la publicidad del abogado, las obligaciones éticas, licencia, y/o práctica desautorizada de la ley promulgada por la cualquier jurisdicción aplicable, la corte, la barra del estado, la asociación de la barra, y/o el otro cuerpo que gobierna que son aplicables a Usted, Su Listado, y/o Su uso de cualquiera de los servicios proporcionados a Usted por Nosotros.

DESCARGO DE RESPONSABILIDAD DE GARANTÍAS: USTED CONVIENE EXPLÍCITAMENTE QUE EL USO DEL SERVICIO QUE LE PROPORCIONAMOS ESTÁ EN SU RIESGO ÚNICO. Abogado.Com, SUS LICENCIADORES, PROVEEDORES, PATROCINADORES, SUBCONTRATISTAS, Y LOS AFILIADOS HACEN: (A) NINGUNA GARANTÍA QUE EL SERVICIO SATISFACERÁ SUS REQUISITOS, DE QUE EL SERVICIO SERÁ INTERRUMPIDO, OPORTUNO, SEGURO, O SIN ERRORES, (B) NINGUNA GARANTÍA SOBRE LOS RESULTADOS OBTUVO DEL SERVICIO O LA EXACTITUD O LA CONFIABILIDAD DE CUALQUIER INFORMACIÓN OBTUVO CON EL SERVICIO, (C) NINGUNA GARANTÍA QUE DEFECTOS EN EL SERVICIO, O LOS RESULTADOS SERÁN CORREGIDOS, Y (D) NINGUNA GARANTÍA CON RESPECTO CUALQUIER MERCANCÍA O SERVICIO COMPRADO U OBTENIDO POR O DEL SERVICIO, O DE CUALQUIER TRANSACCIÓN INCORPORADA POR EL SERVICIO. NINGÚN CONSEJO O INFORMACIÓN, SI ES ORAL O ESCRITO, OBTENIDO POR USTED DE ABOGADO.COM (O SUS LICENCIADORES, SURTIDORES, PATROCINADORES, SUBCONTRATISTAS, O AGENTES) O POR O DEL SERVICIO CREARÁ CUALQUIER GARANTÍA NO INDICADA EXPLÍCITAMENTE ADJUNTO.

LIMITACIÓN DE LA RESPONSABILIDAD: USTED CONVIENE QUE NO SEREMOS OBLIGADOS PARA CUALESQUIERA DAÑOS DIRECTOS, INDIRECTOS, FORTUITOS, ESPECIALES O CONSECUENTES, O LOS DAÑOS EJEMPLARES RESULTANDO DE: (A) EL USO O LA INHABILIDAD DE UTILIZAR EL SERVICIO, O PARA EL COSTE DE CONSECUCIÓN DE MERCANCÍAS SUBSTITUTAS Y SERVICIO, (B) INTERRUPCIÓN, SUSPENSIÓN O TERMINACIÓN DEL SERVICIO, SI TAL INTERRUPCIÓN, SUSPENSIÓN O TERMINACIÓN FUERON JUSTIFICADAS O NO, NEGLIGENTE O INTENCIONAL, INADVERTIDO O ALUDIDO, O (C) RESULTANDO DEL ACCESO DESAUTORIZADO A O DE LA ALTERACIÓN DE SUS DATOS, INCLUYENDO PERO NO LIMITADA A, DE LOS DAÑOS PARA LA PÉRDIDA DE BENEFICIOS, DEL USO, DE LOS DATOS O DE OTRAS COSAS INTANGIBLES, INCLUSO SI NOS HAN ACONSEJADO DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE TALES DAÑOS. NO SOMOS RESPONSABLES DE NINGUNA PÉRDIDA DE DATOS RESULTANDO DE LA ELIMINACIÓN DE SU LISTADO, UN APAGÓN DE LA RED O DEL SISTEMA, CORRUPCIÓN DEL ARCHIVO, O POR NINGUNA OTRA RAZONES. NUESTRA RESPONSABILIDAD SERÁ LIMITADA A SU HONORARIO ANUAL ACTUAL PRORRATEADO POR EL TIEMPO EXPENDIDO. USTED ES TOTALMENTE RESPONSABLE DE TODAS LAS ACTIVIDADES, HONORARIOS, Y/O RESPONSABILIDADES QUE SON RELACIONADOS O RESULTADOS DEL USO DEL SERVICIO PROPORCIONADO A USTED. NO SOMOS RESPONSABLES DEL CONTENIDO DE SU LISTADO. LAS OPINIONES EXPRESADAS EN SU LISTADO Y/O OTROS LISTADOS EN NUESTRO WEB SITE NO REFLEJAN LOS DE ABOGADO.COM.

OPCIÓN DE LA LEY, DEL ARBITRAJE Y DE LA SELECCIÓN DEL LUGAR: Este acuerdo y la relación entre Usted y Abogado.Com será gobernado por los leyes de los Estados Unidos sin consideración hacia sus provisiones del conflicto de la ley. Usted y Abogado.Com someten al arbitraje personal y exclusivo de todos conflictos bajo provisiones procesales de la Convención Inter-Americana Sobre el Arbitraje Comercial Internacional. Nosotros y Usted cada uno tendremos la derecha de designar a un árbitro. Si los dos árbitros así que designado no pueden decidir unánimemente sobre un resultado, tendrán la derecha de designar a un tercer árbitro en el coste único de la persona que lo solicita. Cualquier decisión de los dos, o tres, árbitros será final, vinculante y no apelable a cualquier tribunal o de la corte de la ley. Divisibilidad: La falta de Abogado.Com para ejercitar o para hacer cumplir cualquier derecho o disposición de este acuerdo no constituirá una renuncia de tal derecho o disposición. Si alguna disposición de este acuerdo es encontrada por una corte de la jurisdicción competente para ser inválida, los partidos sin embargo convienen que la corte debe esforzarse para dar efecto a las intenciones de los partidos según lo reflejado en la disposición, y las otras provisiones de este acuerdo quedarán en fuerza y efecto completos.

DEMANDAS: Cualquiera demanda o causa de acción que se presenta fuera de o relacionado con el servicio proporcionado a Usted o estos Términos del Servicio se debe presentar dentro de uno (1) mes después de que tal demanda o la causa de la acción se presentó o se barre por siempre, sin importar cualquier estatuto o ley por el contrario.

TÍTULOS: Los títulos en este acuerdo están para la conveniencia solamente y no tienen ningún efecto legal o contractual.

MODIFICACIONES: Podemos modificar este acuerdo, en entero o en parte, en cualquier momento. El aviso de tal modificación se puede hacer por o a nombre de Abogado.Com a Usted vía el email, o fijándolo en nuestro Web site. Le juzgarán haber convenido tales Términos del Servicio modificados si Usted continúa utilizando el servicio, y/o de Abogado.Com no recibe un aviso de la terminación.

ACUERDO ENTERO: Se entiende que este acuerdo constituye el acuerdo entero entre Usted y Abogado.Com.

TERMINACIÓN PARA RECLAMO(S): Su listado está conforme a la suspensión inmediata al recibo por Abogado.Com de cualquier queja de un cCiente (persona que busca sus servicios, o de servicios similares a través del sistema de ISAVER en Abogado.Com). Le darán una oportunidad de responder a cualquier queja; sin embargo si en nuestra única opinión, la queja del cliente está justificado, su listado será suprimido del sistema de ISAVER. Le no darán derecho en este caso a un reembolso de cualquier cantidad. Por lo tanto, está en su mejor interés de atender diligente a todas las necesidades de sus clientes recibidos a través de las facilidades de ISAVER de Abogado.Com.

NOTIFICACIÓN DEL CLIENTE: Usted conviene que todos los Clientes serán notificados de su derecho de quejarse a Abogado.Com y que el resultado de tal queja, si está justificada, será su supresión del servicio de ISAVER en Abogado.Com.

BY COMPLETING THIS REGISTRATION PROCESS AND CLICKING ON THE "I ACCEPT" CHECK BOX, YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN ACCOUNT AND YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THIS REGISTRANT TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT.

PARTIES DEFINED: Your directory listing ("Listing" or "Service"), which is provided to you by Abogado. Com ("We" or "Us" or "Our") is made available to you (collectively "User" or "You" or "Your") under the following terms and conditions, any amendments thereto, and any applicable rules or policies that Abogado. Com may publish from time to time (collectively the "Terms of Service" or "Agreement"):

USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password. You agree to immediately notify Us of any unauthorized use of Your account or any other breach of security by contacting us at privacy@Abogado. Com. You certify that you are at least 18 years old and a legally licensed professional, if your jurisdiction so requires. You agree to provide true and accurate information to Abogado. Com. We reserve the right to take any action, in Our sole discretion, for violations of this Terms of Service, including, without limitation, terminating Your account without notice if We suspect that You have provided false, inaccurate, incomplete or misleading registration information. The contents of Your Listing are based on data submitted by You and may or may not reviewed by Us before they appear on Our Web site.

TERM, CHARGES & NON-REFUNDABLE FEE: Your Non-Exclusive Listing will appear on our Web site for one year. The fee for Your Listing is non-refundable. Your Exclusive Listing, if You have chosen and paid for such, will appeal for the term of years you have paid for. Your credit facility will be charged automatically for renewals of non-exclusive Listings on an annual basis. If your credit facility does not accept the subsequent charges, your Listing will be deleted. For Exclusive Listings, you will be notified pursuant to our ISAVER Rules and Regulations about any opportunity to re-acquire an Exclusive Listing.

YOUR LISTING: You may view and update Your Listing. Your Listing may appear by one or more of the following ways in our directory, in our sole discretion: by your geographic location(s) or by your area of practice. The method of placement of Your Listing and links thereto may be modified from time to time. There may only be one attorney per listing, although You can provide the name of any firm of which you are a member in good standing.

GOOD STANDING: You warrant and represent that you are duly licensed and qualified to practice law in the state/jurisdiction in which You are listed (You will be listed by the state that you gave for your address), if such is required by the nation in which You practice. Moreover, You warrant that You are in good standing with the appropriate National or State Bar and You undertake responsibility for compliance with all rules required in the appropriate jurisdiction(s). In the event that You are no longer in good standing with the appropriate State Bar, it is Your responsibility to inform Us by writing to Support@Abogado. Com.

ADVERTISING COMPLIANCE: You warrant that You are authorized or entitled to advertise the legal service or service under the name or names being represented in Your Listing. You are solely responsible for compliance with laws, rules, regulations, canons, or policies governing attorney advertising, ethical obligations, licensure, and/or unauthorized practice of law promulgated by any applicable jurisdiction, court, State Bar, bar association, and/or other governing body which are applicable to You, Your Listing, and/or Your use of any of the Services provided to You by Us.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THE SERVICE WE PROVIDE TO YOU IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. Abogado. Com EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Com, ITS LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, SPONSORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES MAKE: (A) NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR FREE, (B) NO WARRANTY ABOUT THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE OR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE, (C) NO WARRANTY THAT DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE, OR THE RESULTS WILL BE CORRECTED, AND (D) NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICE PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE, OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE SERVICE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM ABOGADO.COM (OR ITS LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, SPONSORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, OR AGENTS) OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: YOU AGREE THAT WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM: (A) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR FOR COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICE, (B) INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF SERVICE, WHETHER SUCH INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION WAS JUSTIFIED OR NOT, NEGLIGENT OR INTENTIONAL, INADVERTENT OR ADVERTENT, OR (C) RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA RESULTING FROM DELETION OF YOUR LISTING, NETWORK OR SYSTEM OUTAGES, FILE CORRUPTION, OR FOR ANY OTHER REASONS. OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO YOUR CURRENT ANNUAL FEE PRORATED FOR THE TIME EXPENDED. YOU ARE COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ACTIVITIES, FEES, AND/OR LIABILITIES THAT ARE RELATED TO OR RESULT FROM USE OF THE SERVICE PROVIDED TO YOU. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF YOUR LISTING. THE OPINIONS AND VIEWS EXPRESSED IN YOUR LISTING AND/OR OTHER LISTINGS ON OUR WEB SITE DO NOT REFLECT THOSE OF ABOGADO.COM.

CHOICE OF LAW, ARBITRATION AND SELECTION OF VENUE: This Agreement and the relationship between You and Abogado. Com will be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Abogado. Com submit to the personal and exclusive arbitration of all disputes under the procedural provisions of the Inter-American Convention on International Commercial Arbitration. We and You shall each have the right to appoint an arbitrator. If the two arbitrators so appointed cannot unanimously decide upon an outcome, they shall have the right to appoint a third arbitrator at the sole cost of the person requesting it. Any decision of either the two, or three, arbitrators shall be final, binding and not appealable to any tribunal or court of law. All proceedings shall be conducted electronically by email, telephone, internet conferencing, etc. However, if for any reason a venue is necessary it shall be San Juan Capistrano, California.

ATTORNEYS' FEES: In the event of any dispute, arising under this Terms of Service, each party shall be responsible solely for its own attorneys fees and costs regardless of the outcome.

SEVERABILITY: The failure of Abogado. Com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

CLAIMS: Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Service provided to You or this Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) month after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary.

HEADINGS and TITLES: The headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

MODIFICATIONS: We may modify this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. Notice of such modification may be made by or on behalf of Abogado. Com to You via email, or by posting it on our Web site. You will be deemed to have agreed to such modified Terms of Service if You continue to use the Service, and/or Abogado. Com does not receive a notice of termination.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: It is understood that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and Abogado. Com.

TERMINATION FOR COMPLAINT(S): Your listing is subject to immediate suspension upon receipt by Abogado. Com of any complaint by a Customer (a person seeking your services, or similar services through the ISAVER system on Abogado. Com). You will be given an opportunity to respond to any complaint; however if in Our sole judgment the Customer's complaint is justified, Your listing will then be deleted from the ISAVER system. You will not be entitled in this case to a refund of any amount. Therefore, it is in your best interest to attend diligently to all of the needs of your customers received through the ISAVER facilities of Abogado. Com.

CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION: You agree that all Customers will be notified of their right to complain to Abogado. Com and that the result of such a complaint, if justified, will be Your delisting from the ISAVER service on Abogado. Com.
